Delightful experience. We were a bit late, speak almost no French and one of our group wasn&rsquo;t able to make it. They were still very accommodating and we had a fantastic lunch. I don&rsquo;t even like fish and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Le Strasbourg

Well constructed menu for Good Friday.  Appetizers were beautiful and tasty, small soup offering really popped, small fish and sesame, seaweed salad was imaginatively presented in a little Asian basket.   First course of fresh tuna and feta was both excellently arranged and tasty.  Main course of grilled salmon was delicious on a base of herbed mashed potatoes.   The dessert consisted of ice cream with ginger snap bits along with a stunning tartlet of rhubarb topped by fresh strawberries and braised meringue dots.   Wine pairings were chosen with care and were nicely explained by the hostess.   The restaurant&rsquo;s rooms were fresh yet very classy.  I appreciated the courteous service.

An excellent menu, matching wines and an attentative service - our family lunch in the Le Strasbourg was a perfect experience as always. We can highly recommend this beautiful and contemporary restaurant in the heart of Bitche. Many thanks to the team!

Wir waren schon in vielen Restaurants. Dieses ist definitiv ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant. Es hat einen professionellen Service, ein sehr sch&ouml;nes Ambiente und nat&uuml;rlich das aller Wichtigste. Rssen und Trinken sind sehr gut. Und das aller Beste. Das Preis- Leistungs- Verh&auml;ltnis passt! Wir kommen wieder!Danke und macht weiter so!

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und sind auf der R&uuml;ckreise von Frankreich extra &uuml;ber Bitch gefahren, um mittags im Le Strasbourg zu essen. Uns hat das Men&uuml; du Marche sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war problemlos m&ouml;glich als Hauptgang Fisch statt des eigentlich angebotenen Gangs mit Wachtel zu bestellen und der Service war uns mit guten Deutschkenntnissen behilflich. Auch die kleinen &Uuml;berraschungs-Zwischeng&auml;nge haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant, wo vom Ambiente, &uuml;ber den Service und die Qualit&auml;t alles stimmt  Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were here for the second time and we went extra over bitch on the return of France to eat in Le Strasbourg on lunch. We have tasted the menu du Marche very well. It was easy to order fish as the main corridor instead of the actual corridor offered with guard and the service was helpful with good German knowledge. Also the small surprise intercourses have very good enjoyed. A great restaurant, where all about the environment, service and quality is true We are happy to come back.
